2. Shipping Destinations
The Branded You currently ships products to addresses across all serviceable locations within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders placed on The Branded You are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after [e.g., 2:00 PM IST] on a business day, or on weekends/public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed successfully.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you make the final payment.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is as follows:
- Within Metro Cities (Tier 1): 3-5 business days
- Within Other Major Cities (Tier 2 & 3): 5-7 business days
- Remote or Rural Areas: 7-10 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary depending on factors such as:
- Your delivery location
- Courier partner serviceability
- Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, political disruptions, natural calamities)
- Public holidays or festivals
We partner with reputable courier services to ensure reliable delivery.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery directly on the courier partner’s website or through our website’s tracking portal (if available).
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the courier partner after receiving the tracking number.
7. Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery
- Our courier partners will typically make 2-3 attempts to deliver your order.
- If delivery is not successful after multiple attempts, the package may be held at the courier’s local hub for a few days, after which it will be returned to us.
- In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
- Please ensure that someone is available at the shipping address to receive the package.
8. Shipping Delays
While we strive for timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to:
- Logistical challenges during peak seasons (e.g., festivals, sales events).
- Unforeseen operational issues with our courier partners.
- Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
- Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
9.1 Damages During Transit
If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with or significantly damaged, please do not accept the delivery. Instead, refuse the package and notify us immediately via email at hello@thebrandedyou.in or WhatsApp at +91 86984 78718 with your order details.
If you discover damage after accepting the package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, as per our Refund & Return Policy.
9.2 Lost Shipments
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or building management. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us within 48 hours of the reported delivery time. We will coordinate with the courier partner to initiate an investigation.
10. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. The Branded You will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
