2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

3. Return Process

- Package the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included.
- Ship the Item (if self-shipping): If you are shipping the item back yourself, please use a reliable courier service with tracking. The shipping address will be provided upon approval of your return request.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to their nature. These include:
- Personalized or customized items.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
- Undergarments, swimwear, and other intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 6. Exchanges

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

- Customer’s Preference: If the return is due to a change of mind or an error in ordering by the customer, the customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
